Terms of Service

Personal Styling Services

All Personal Styling Services are available to view on the website, and all service booking requests can be made via the online booking form.

 

Payment

Upon confirmation of a Personal Styling Service, a 40% deposit must be paid to secure your booking. The outstanding balance is due 24 hours prior to your appointment and can be made via bank transfer or as otherwise stated on the invoice.

A screenshot of payment must be provided. Cash or payments on the day of service will not be accepted unless otherwise discussed with Libbie beforehand.

 

Payments not made by the due date may result in a postponement of the service until such payment is made.

 

Pricing Policy

All prices stated on the Her Wearable Wardrobe website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

 

Rescheduling a Consultation or Service

Life happens, it's totally understandable. If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason, please communicate the circumstance with Libbie via email (hello@herwearablewardrobe.com.au) or mobile (0461 522 019). A suitable replacement time and date will be organised, and the deposit on your service maintained.

 

Cancella​tion

Deposits for all Personal Styling Services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed between you and Libbie.

 

Additional Time

If you want to explore more shopping options or extend your time to gain additional styling insights after your session has finished, feel free to talk about extending the session duration (provided it aligns with both parties' schedules). The rate for additional hours is $90/hour.

 

Gift Vouchers

Want to give the gift of style to a loved one? No worries! Gift vouchers are available to purchase for either a dollar value towards one of our packages, or a complete package. Gift vouchers purchased are non-refundable for change of mind and are not redeemable for cash.

Right of Refusal

Libbie reserves the right to refuse anyone who wishes to book any of the Her Wearable Wardrobe services.

 

Public Comments

Libbie will, at all times, act in a professional and courteous manner when dealing with current or prospective clients. If, however, you feel there is an issue with a service provided by Libbie, you agree not to make negative or disparaging public comment via any traditional, digital or social mediums, without first having referred the matter to Libbie and after providing Libbie with a reasonable opportunity to address or remedy the matter. In the world of small business, reputation is everything, and Libbie will ensure any concerns or issues that may arise are dealt with promptly and with a client-first approach.
